Student's Code of Conduct

Please read the following rules and regulations carefully and sign to confirm that you agree to these rules and will abide by them throughout your entire duration at Bright Future Private Academy.

I. Punishment Tier
  • Making noise during classes or prep time.
  • Moving around campus without valid reasons.
  • Playing or disturbing resourcess during group work.
  • Not putting on complete school uniform.
  • Failure to do homework or assignments.
  • Failure to be punctual for school activities.
  • Cheating or dishonesty in any way.
  • Consuming food/drinks in class (except water).
  • Speaking Chichewa except during specific lessons.
II. Suspension Tier
  • Unauthorized interaction with parents/friends.
  • Abscondence of classes or examinations.
  • General absenteeism.
  • Disrespect to authorities or members of staff.
  • Disrespect to Head Prefects or Council.
  • Jumping through windows or fences.
  • Graffiti or scratching campus walls.
  • Frequent punishments accumulated.
  • Conducting business without legal permission.
III. Dismissal Tier
  • Speaking ill against students or staff.
  • Teasing and bullying behavior.
  • Stealing or vandalism of property.
  • Fighting or use of foul language.
  • Possession of electronic gadgets (phones, etc).
  • Possession of drugs, cigarettes, or matches.
  • Sexual scandals of any kind on campus.
  • Organizing unlawful demonstrations.
  • Chronic frequent absenteeism.

We accept applications throughout the year, but major intakes occur in September and January.
